2. Pricing and Payment
Prices exclude taxes and fees, which customers are responsible for. Payment is required upfront through available methods. Seven Mining reserves the right to suspend deliveries or terminate the Agreement for late payments.

3. Orders and Delivery
Orders are confirmed electronically. Delivery times depend on product availability, with general goods shipped within 1-4 days.

4. After-Sales and Warranty
Customers must report product issues within 3 days. Seven Mining will repair or replace faulty products as necessary, but no service is offered for unauthorized modifications or damages caused by improper use. Warranty only covers manufacturing defects.

5. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the defective product. Seven Mining is not responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of profits or business.

6. Force Majeure and Termination
In unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), Seven Mining may be released from obligations without liability. The company can terminate agreements if the customer breaches terms and fails to remedy within 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Seven Mining retains rights to all logos, trademarks, and product designs. Customers must maintain confidentiality regarding any business secrets.
